Google Search

A kitten named Google lives in a cage at Petco. One day, we took him out in his leash. BUT THEN HE GOT OUT AND STARTED RUNNING AWAY. We had to search for the mischevious kitten, Google. Its a Google search! Finally, a dude with a orange beard found him.

Mom here now.  Well... my son handled all this very well.  Me on the other hand I kind of freaked out!!!  So thankful for Jesus calming me!  And my hubby too.  I emailed our helper (Alex) and she said, "It has happened to everyone one time or another."  Another helper, Janice I think is her name, is coming on Thursday to show me how to PROPERLY put the harnesses on the kittens.

This job is full of uncertainty!!!  But so thankful for the opportunity.

Here is the website for PAAW with many adopted kittens.. and CATS that need to be adopted.  Click HERE

the museum

this blogpost is about our trip to the museum.
dosent this enemy- er, animal look like a enemy from donkey kong country? yup...
this could be true or not true. at least it isn't evolution. the ice age probably occurred during the flood...
this is a morbid sculpture describing the fate of Detroit. not its economy, the buildings!
on our way home we saw some deer. glad this real life "bambi's mom" didn't get hit by our van.

the kitty toy

THE fog comes
on little cat feet.

It sits looking
over harbor and city
on silent haunches
and then moves on.

Futon Fun

Mom here:  Yea!  The futon has found a good home!  After a stay at OU with cousin Ryan, this futon will have stories to tell!!!  And Andrew HEAVED the mattress himself all the way downstairs.  Of course we didn't want to drag it through the grass so they carried it to the car together.  Pan in on the second picture for a photo bomb of Aunt Cheryl.. always the comedian!!!

Andrew has nothing to add.  Apparently mom's narrative is good enough.
